The Tiger Boy’s Pietenpol is marked as the first Model A powered Air Camper that Bernard Pietenpol built in 1929, the fourth aircraft he had built.

The airframe flew at Rhinebeck for over 40 years before being acquired by Tom Dietrich and Bob Revell. The airframe is still powered by a Model A engine and is now flown regularly out of the Guelph Airpark.
