At the September 2009 Vintage Wings of Canada Open House Canadian World War Two fighter pilot James Francis “Stocky” Edwards was reunited with his WWII mount; A Curtiss P-40 Kittyhawk adorned in Stocky’s markings from when he flew with RAF 260 Squadron. |

All to soon we break off the photo escort and head back to Gatineau. Dave then handed the controls over to Stocky so he can fly the P-40 once again for a half hour. |
