For the Friday Snowbird practice our good friend Edward P. Soye flew with his long-time friend, Steven Reed, Snowbird 7

Edward and Steve first met in 2000 at the Central Region Gliding School. Both were attending the glider pilot scholarship and in B Flight. Keeping in touch over the years they shared experiences. Edward flying airshows with the Great War Flying Museum, Canadian Harvard Aircraft Association and Vintage Wings of Canada while Steve pursued a career with the Canadian Armed Forces. Steve has been a member of the Snowbirds team since 2014 and has accumulated over 1,500 hours on military jets.
