Adhering to local restrictions Stephanie and Gordon Price hosted an air show at Owen Sound Billy Bishop Airport on 19 September 2020. The private invite only event was limited to 100 people on site and focused on gathering many of the local aviation photographers, videographers and social media influencers. Hosted by the Price’s DAM PUB guests were treated to a light lunch with beer and wine samplings.
David White Airshows Air Bossed the event and organized the SFOC, set up the airshow box and markers, notified local fire and rescue and ensured the event was safe for spectators and performers.
Performers included Gord Price and his Yak 50 in a high-energy aerobatic routine. Rumbling Radials, Dave Hewitt and his Beechcraft C-45 Expeditor and Marco Rusconi in a low-level Harvard aerobatic routine. Unfortunately Trevor Rafferty in his new Pitts 12 was unable to participate in the flying display.
The event started with an air-to-air photo-shoot. Several photographers took flight in the Expeditor and Harvard to capture the performers above Owen Sound.

Second display was Dave Hewitt’s Rumbling Radials Beechcraft Expeditor co-piloted by Greg Burnard.

Headlining the event and last to fly was Gordon Price and the DAM PUB Yak 50.
New wing-tip smoke generators help enhance the visibility of certain maneuvers during Gord’s routine.
Farewell pass by Marco Rusconi and crew chief Jason Kot.
